Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of College buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Assist in procurement, tendering, and contract administration for facilities-related services and works.
  • Support space management, utilization review, relocation and renovation projects.
  • Monitor building services systems and ensure compliance with safety standards and institutional policies.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, asset records, and inventories of campus facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the operation of the mailing room.
  • Provide administrative support and secretariat services to College Committees or Task Groups.
  • Assist with other College projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Building, Estate Management, Surveying, Architectural Studies, or Facilities Management.
  • At least 3 years' relevant post-qualification work experience in property, facilities, or building management.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Sound knowledge of relevant safety regulations and contractor co-ordination with proven project/facilities operations experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in educational institutions, relevant professional qualifications, and/or valid driving license are advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
