Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle financial matters including expenditure applications and payment vouchers.
  • Manage various accounts and monitor budgets.
  • Provide support in human resources matters such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Process procurements, payments, and purchases according to university policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Have at least 2 years of post-qualification administrative experience.
  • Be proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Show good sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Be able to work independently, effectively, and meticulously, both individually and as part of a team.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
