Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for postgraduate programme delivery, including scheduling, course registration, and examination arrangement.
  • Assist with quality assurance exercises for the programmes.
  • Handle student admissions applications.
  • Liaison with students and manage student matters.
  • Organise student activities and events.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
