Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for postgraduate programme delivery, including scheduling, course registration, and examination arrangement.
- Assist with quality assurance exercises for the programmes.
- Handle student admissions applications.
- Liaison with students and manage student matters.
- Organise student activities and events.
- Perform other assigned tasks as directed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
