Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support in student affairs, admissions, and committee services.
  • Handle student matters, applications, and enquiries.
  • Co-ordinate and provide support for admissions and Faculty events.
  • Prepare publicity materials.
  • Perform liaison work with University Departments/Units and external parties.
  • Work beyond normal office hours or weekends occasionally as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 2 years of post-qualification administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, ZOOM, MS Teams, and Chinese word processing.
  • Have knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva (advantageous).
  • Command written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Display strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Show good time-management and problem-solving skills with high responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Provide English and Chinese language examination results and academic qualifications in online application.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; contract-end gratuity provided for 2-year contracts).
