Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design seminar themes and content in collaboration with the project lead and team members.
  • Manage all event logistics for seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Compile feedback and share reports/materials with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate speaker invitations, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 to 6 years' post-qualification work experience in event planning and management, preferably in large organisations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, result-driven, innovative, and energetic attitude.
  • Good communication and multi-tasking skills; able to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Design software experience (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
