Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the academic programme, particularly for undergraduate admissions and student learning affairs.
- Manage enquiries related to undergraduate programmes and organise academic and student activities.
- Liaise with internal academic and administrative units and external professional organisations.
- Assist with office administration and handle daily General Office operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years' administrative experience, preferably at tertiary institutions.
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
- Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, strong responsibility, and self-motivation.
- Be able to work independently.
Appointment
- Contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
