Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the academic programme, particularly for undergraduate admissions and student learning affairs.
  • Manage enquiries related to undergraduate programmes and organise academic and student activities.
  • Liaise with internal academic and administrative units and external professional organisations.
  • Assist with office administration and handle daily General Office operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 2 years' administrative experience, preferably at tertiary institutions.
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, strong responsibility, and self-motivation.
  • Be able to work independently.

Appointment

  • Contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
