Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle financial matters and perform assigned financial tasks.
- Provide secretarial support to committees.
- Assist in and coordinate spatial planning and building management.
- Plan, coordinate, and provide logistical support to Faculty-wide events and initiatives.
- Serve as main contact point for internal and external stakeholders on Office functions.
- Oversee junior administrative staff and manage specialized projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work flexible hours as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated attitude with commitment, ownership, and team capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Knowledge of University systems (CUPIS, CUSIS, CUSAP, FMS) is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
