Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle financial matters and perform assigned financial tasks.
  • Provide secretarial support to committees.
  • Assist in and coordinate spatial planning and building management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide logistical support to Faculty-wide events and initiatives.
  • Serve as main contact point for internal and external stakeholders on Office functions.
  • Oversee junior administrative staff and manage specialized projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and work flexible hours as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated attitude with commitment, ownership, and team capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Knowledge of University systems (CUPIS, CUSIS, CUSAP, FMS) is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
