Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with creative planning and daily operations for the official website and social media platforms.
- Support planning and execution of admission events, branding activities, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in online ad placements and monitor post-campaign performance.
- Manage marketing data, track market trends, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Handle internal administrative and financial matters related to admissions and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with the Graduate School to ensure smooth offer issuance and liaison with student learning development teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of admissions data and analyse it for leadership insights.
- Respond to public enquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing visa and relocation information to students.
- Host pre-arrival events as needed.
