Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end MBA admissions process including scheduling interviews and document vetting.
- Prepare admission statistics, reports, and conduct market trend analysis.
- Provide general office administration support including financial processing and logistical tasks.
- Liaise with interview panels, Faculty, and Graduate School on admissions matters.
- Partner with other teams to ensure smooth execution of admissions operations.
- Monitor scholarships and manage recruitment logistics.
- Work flexible hours including weekends for student recruitment activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
- Proven self-motivation and strong accountability.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
