Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end MBA admissions process including scheduling interviews and document vetting.
  • Prepare admission statistics, reports, and conduct market trend analysis.
  • Provide general office administration support including financial processing and logistical tasks.
  • Liaise with interview panels, Faculty, and Graduate School on admissions matters.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure smooth execution of admissions operations.
  • Monitor scholarships and manage recruitment logistics.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends for student recruitment activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Proven self-motivation and strong accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
