Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrative contact and class manager for assigned EMBA (Chinese) Programme classes.
  • Handle student administrative matters including visa applications, registration, enrolment, records, and graduation procedures.
  • Ensure smooth class delivery and provide teaching and learning support to faculty and students.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties including immigration, academic departments, and service providers.
  • Coordinate class activities, student engagement initiatives, and programme-related events.
  • Manage financial procedures including reimbursements, payments, and budget documentation.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for the Programme Office.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students and alumni.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Seasoned professional with relevant project coordination experience.
  • Ability to provide high-quality administrative and student support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing student lifecycle processes and stakeholder relations.
