Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with student admissions including application material collation and enquiry handling.
  • Support marketing and promotion activities across online and offline publication channels.
  • Provide logistics support for programme events and activities.
  • Handle procurement and payment follow-up with vendors.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel to the Chinese Mainland and work outside normal office hours as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Self-motivation with strong commitment and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and social media management experience (particularly Chinese Mainland platforms) is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract for 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; commencement as soon as possible.
