Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrative contact and class manager for assigned EMBA (Chinese) Programme classes.
- Handle student administrative matters including visa applications, registration, enrolment, records, and graduation procedures.
- Ensure smooth class delivery and provide teaching and learning support to faculty and students.
- Liaise with internal and external parties including immigration, academic departments, and service providers.
- Coordinate class activities, student engagement initiatives, and programme-related events.
- Manage financial procedures including reimbursements, payments, and budget documentation.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for the Programme Office.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and alumni.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Seasoned professional with relevant project coordination experience.
- Ability to provide high-quality administrative and student support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing student lifecycle processes and stakeholder relations.
