Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with student admissions including application material collation and enquiry handling.
- Support marketing and promotion activities across online and offline publication channels.
- Provide logistics support for programme events and activities.
- Handle procurement and payment follow-up with vendors.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel to the Chinese Mainland and work outside normal office hours as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Self-motivation with strong commitment and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
- Digital marketing knowledge and social media management experience (particularly Chinese Mainland platforms) is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; commencement as soon as possible.
