Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration and daily operations for Research Postgraduate programmes.
  • Handle enquiries regarding admissions, scholarships, assessment, and documentation.
  • Co-ordinate seminars, activities, events, and publicity.
  • Manage programme budget and compile reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Graduate Division.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in tertiary education or related areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, online communication tools, and university administrative systems.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and self-motivation.
  • Experience in programme administration and committee work is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time; 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
