Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and daily operations for Research Postgraduate programmes.
- Handle enquiries regarding admissions, scholarships, assessment, and documentation.
- Co-ordinate seminars, activities, events, and publicity.
- Manage programme budget and compile reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Graduate Division.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in tertiary education or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office, online communication tools, and university administrative systems.
- Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Experience in programme administration and committee work is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time; 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
