Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support system enhancement and revamp initiatives for counselling and special educational needs services.
  • Compile statistics and prepare regular reports on service provision and outcomes.
  • Assist in administering student activities, educational programmes, and mental wellness campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate mental health training workshops and courses for staff and students.
  • Provide administrative support for the Centre's general operations.
  • Co-ordinate support services for students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in planning initiatives promoting integration and inclusion of students with SEN.
  • Manage funding schemes supporting students with SEN in global learning opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT proficiency, including graphic design and data analysis tools.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Experience supporting individuals with SEN and student coaching is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time; 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
