Duties & Responsibilities
- Organise training, educational activities, and research-related activities.
- Liaise with programme organisers, collaborators, sponsors, teachers, students and external professional bodies.
- Provide administrative and secretarial services.
- Work beyond normal office hours or during weekends as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good Bachelor's degree, preferably in Event Management.
- Have at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience.
- Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
- Display meticulous attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal and management skills.
- Show self-initiative and ability to work independently and multitask within tight deadlines.
- Possess literacy in computer and web applications, including content creation and social media management in English and Chinese.
- Demonstrate competency in video production and conferencing.
Appointment
- Full-time — 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
