Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to committees and meetings.
- Plan, organize, and coach student bodies on organizing activities.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing college activities and events.
- Work evenings and weekends as required for events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years' office administrative and project management experience, preferably with youth or university students.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Positive mindset with self-motivated work attitude.
Appointment
- Full-time — 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
