Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to committees and meetings.
  • Plan, organize, and coach student bodies on organizing activities.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing college activities and events.
  • Work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years' office administrative and project management experience, preferably with youth or university students.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Positive mindset with self-motivated work attitude.

Appointment

  • Full-time — 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
