Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end course administration including planning, timetabling, materials preparation, and academic system management.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and departments on course delivery and schedule adjustments.
- Provide faculty management support including liaison, teaching arrangements, logistics, and administrative assistance.
- Handle correspondence, organize meetings, maintain databases, and arrange transportation and catering for programme activities.
- Organize logistical support for orientation, graduation, study trips, and student/alumni events.
- Provide student service and build relationships with alumni and prospective students.
