Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Class Teacher overseeing class discipline, attendance, learning atmosphere and in-class management.
- Support course planning, timetabling, teaching materials preparation and daily class operations.
- Facilitate communication between Faculty and students to ensure smooth learning experience.
- Deliver high-standard student support and address enquiries timely.
- Organise and provide logistical support for Programme-related events and activities.
- Undertake general administrative duties including correspondence, meetings, databases and arrangements.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with travel to Chinese Mainland and work outside normal hours required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years' full-time work experience required.
- Self-motivated with strong commitment and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as a good team member.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Shortlisted candidates must sit for written test(s).
