Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as Class Teacher overseeing class discipline, attendance, learning atmosphere and in-class management.
  • Support course planning, timetabling, teaching materials preparation and daily class operations.
  • Facilitate communication between Faculty and students to ensure smooth learning experience.
  • Deliver high-standard student support and address enquiries timely.
  • Organise and provide logistical support for Programme-related events and activities.
  • Undertake general administrative duties including correspondence, meetings, databases and arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, with travel to Chinese Mainland and work outside normal hours required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' full-time work experience required.
  • Self-motivated with strong commitment and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively as a good team member.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Shortlisted candidates must sit for written test(s).
