Duties & Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and management of a large-scale neurodiversity initiative project for primary schools.
Monitor research project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely professional implementation.
Act as secretary and liaison in major research and administrative meetings.
Coordinate with research and administrative teams on project activities.
Organize public education, dissemination, and engagement activities related to the neurodiversity initiative.
Develop and execute the annual promotion and publicity plan.

Master's degree or above in Social Sciences, Management, Administration, or related field.
Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Passion for education, child and adolescent mental health, or community-based projects.
Experience in coordination of community/education projects or public-sector funded projects is advantageous.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution (10% for Assistant Research Officer, 15% for Research Officer).
Rank (Research Officer or Assistant Research Officer) offered based on qualifications and experience.
