Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and nurture partnerships with investors, social enterprises, corporates, NGOs, government agencies, and academic partners.
Organize networking events, workshops, and programmes to foster social innovation and expand the Lab's influence.
Support administrative and strategic functions of The Social Venture Lab to promote social entrepreneurship among students.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or above in social sciences, business, public administration, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years' experience working with social ventures, managing stakeholder relationships, or securing funding.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in social innovation, social enterprise development, or community engagement is advantageous.

Full-time — Two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
