Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee full implementation of Integrated Chinese–Western Medicine treatment pathway development post-establishment.
- Manage project timelines according to structured plans and clinical service needs.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigator, Co-Investigators, clinical teams, research teams, and external experts.
- Lead development, refinement, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for ICWM services.
- Manage multidisciplinary working groups and facilitate effective communication.
- Supervise evidence collection and quality appraisal activities.
- Support drafting of treatment pathways and coordinate surveys and consensus-building exercises.
- Oversee pilot studies and incorporate feedback into pathway revisions.
- Maintain governance documentation, records, reports, and compliance files.
- Prepare progress, monitoring, and evaluation reports for hospital leadership and research committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised degree, preferably in health sciences, public health, project management, research administration, biomedical sciences, or Chinese Medicine.
- Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in project management, healthcare administration, or large-scale multidisciplinary programmes.
- Work experience in clinical pathway development is highly desirable.
- Strong experience coordinating with academic, clinical, or healthcare professionals preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based methodology, clinical pathways, or healthcare SOP development is advantageous.
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and complex workflows across multiple teams.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
