Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Taught Postgraduate Alumni and Student Services Team in alumni engagement initiatives.
- Deliver alumni and student services including graduation celebrations, Young Alumni Ambassador Scheme, mentorship programmes, and WeChat Mini Program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Faculty.
- Work at the Cyberport campus and may work outside normal hours, weekends, and travel to Mainland China occasionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a good degree and at least 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Preferably have experience in taught postgraduate alumni and student affairs or event management in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate self-starter mentality with a positive attitude.
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Be able to multi-task, pay attention to details, and work independently and in a team.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
