Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Taught Postgraduate Alumni and Student Services Team in alumni engagement initiatives.
- Deliver alumni and student services including graduation celebrations, ambassador schemes, and mentorship programmes.
- Manage and assist with the WeChat Mini Program for alumni engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Faculty.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a good degree with at least 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Preferably have experience in taught postgraduate alumni, student affairs, or event management in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Be a self-starter with positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work independently or in teams.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract of 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme included.
