Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee a community-wide exercise programme including testing and assessment activities.
- Manage scheduling, venues, participants, and coaches for programme delivery.
- Collect and handle data from programme activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to recruit and retain subject pools.
- Primarily work at HKU B-Active, Centre for Sports and Exercise, with support to other centers as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or coaching.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.
- Dynamic and proactive with ability to interact positively with clients, members, and user groups.
- Capable of managing tasks independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary) included.
