Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee a community-wide disaster and mental health programme including teaching and assessment activities.
- Prepare materials and manage scheduling, venues, participants and instructors.
- Collect data and liaise with stakeholders to recruit and retain subject pools.
- Provide support to other community centers at various locations as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Social Science, Public Health, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning, project coordination or coaching.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous.
- Dynamic and proactive with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
