Duties & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the Nurturing Talent for Mega Sports Events initiative and engage with industry stakeholders.
- Develop, promote and deliver Continuing and Professional Education programmes in partnership with internal and external partners.
- Teach award-bearing and CPE programmes related to sports and mega events.
- Review and enhance curricula for mega sports event-related programmes to improve graduate readiness.
- Ensure quality assurance in partnership activities and events with industry stakeholders.
- Expand the Greater Bay Area network in the mega sports events sector and facilitate professional exchanges and internships.
- Perform student and academic administration duties.
- Assist in programme validation and accreditation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised degree in Sports or Event Management, or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience, preferably in sports or event industries.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- Industry or professional body linkage experience is advantageous.
