Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as Vice Housemaster for the Faculty's virtual house system, engaging students through various activities.
Manage databases related to the house system and support student competitions and inter-house events.
Liaise with students, internal staff, and external stakeholders on outreach matters.
Provide administrative and logistical support for postgraduate student enrichment programs.
Work flexibly, including outside normal office hours and weekends as needed.

Hold a good bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of full-time work experience in event management, project management, or student outreach.
Demonstrate strong database management skills and excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Be a self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of multi-tasking and attentive to detail.
Show passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Two-year fixed-term contract with contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme; possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
