Duties & Responsibilities

Align studio technical capabilities with academic and strategic goals while setting technical direction.
Oversee technical budgets, equipment purchases, maintenance, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor technical staff, manage vendor relationships, and report on technical operations.
Set up, mix, and master recordings using signal processing and advanced recording techniques.

Bachelor's degree or above in audio engineering, recording/mixing engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in studio technical management with proven track record leading technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of high-end studio equipment and proficiency in Protools, Logic Pro, Max, Unreal Engine, Touch Designer, and Dolby Atmos.
Strong leadership, budget management, and communication skills with commitment to staying current with audio technology.

Full-time fixed-term contract — three years (re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability).
