Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee academic policies, procedures, and regulations for programme development and approval.
  • Manage student recruitment, admission, enrolment, registration, and graduation processes.
  • Schedule classes, conduct assessments and examinations, and handle student academic conduct matters.
  • Direct the Student Admissions and Administration Office and supervise administrative staff.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, the Education Bureau, and accreditation bodies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on management experience in tertiary education.
  • Familiarity with academic standards and accreditation exercises.
  • Experience in student recruitment and communication with regulatory bodies.
