Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare research materials including literature reviews and manage datasets.
- Recruit and communicate with study participants, including families and schools.
- Conduct research studies in-person and remotely with children and adults in Chinese.
- Code data and perform preliminary statistical analyses.
- Support the research team with additional assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with young children is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with R/RStudio and SPSS/Jamovi is preferred.
- Expertise in structural equation modelling (SEM) is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — 3-month contract term with expected start date as soon as possible.
