Research Assistant (carrying the job title of ‘Digital Learning Designer and Content Creator’)

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, multimedia resources, and interactive digital materials for undergraduate biochemistry courses.
Research, pilot, and evaluate new educational technologies and digital strategies to enhance classroom engagement and student learning outcomes.
Produce high-quality creative multimedia content including graphics, short-form videos, and copy to promote the program across digital and social media platforms.
Gather user feedback from students and faculty and analyse the impact of new learning tools to support innovative educational initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia, Communications, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with multimedia production software such as video editing tools, graphic design software, and e-learning authoring tools.
Creative and adaptable mindset with ability to translate complex concepts into accessible digital formats.
Strong communication and storytelling skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot digital tools, and collaborate effectively with academic staff.
Prior experience in digital content creation, educational media design, or social media management is highly desirable.
