Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform analytical chemistry experiments on environmental samples including water, sediments, and organisms.
- Use advanced instruments (GC-MSMS, LC-MSMS, GC-Orbitrap-MS, LC-Orbitrap-MS) to analyse emerging pollutants such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and endocrine disrupting chemicals.
- Apply passive sampling techniques to monitor emerging pollutants in environmental water bodies.
- Conduct ecotoxicology experiments using model organisms to evaluate pollutant toxicity on marine organisms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Appointment
- Contract — 12 months with possibility of extension.
