Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with NGO service hubs and kindergartens to conduct research with service users and staff.
- Collect data for quantitative and qualitative studies including focus groups and case studies.
- Perform statistical and qualitative analyses and assist in writing research reports.
- Coordinate student helpers for data input and transcription, occasionally working weekends and public holidays.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Sciences with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with good computer literacy and sound judgment in prioritising work.
- Demonstrated responsibility, initiative, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software is preferred.

- Full-time — 12 months contract
