Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the redesign of teaching and learning materials including lab exercises, studio-based learning activities, and frontier topics.
- Provide technical support during course implementation including student lab assistance, troubleshooting, user testing, and feedback collection.
- Provide research support on evaluation activities including data collection, processing, feedback analysis, and report preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Intelligent Information Systems, AI in Business, Information Management, Global Business Systems Management, Digital Innovation, or related discipline.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and self-learning abilities.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Full-time, 12-month contract
