Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing higher education and social science research projects.
- Design research projects using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Conduct research and ensure projects proceed on schedule.
- Handle data analysis and synthesis.
- Write research reports and academic papers to disseminate findings.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
- Proficiency in data processing software (SPSS, MS Excel, Qualtrics, R, Power BI).
- Strong statistical and/or qualitative analysis skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent academic writing skills and experience in educational science writing.
- Strong initiative, teamwork spirit, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in AI educational research is preferred.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
