Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in health sciences education.
- Develop survey instruments and manage data collection and analysis.
- Support grant applications and oversee project administration including proposals and reports.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for research activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, or related discipline.
- At least two years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
- Experience with quantitative research using statistical software (R, SPSS, or equivalent) and/or qualitative research methodologies.
- Knowledge of research design, data management, and research ethics.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese with strong academic writing abilities.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Appointment
- One-year contract, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
