Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in cancer research projects at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin.
- Perform sequencing and molecular biology experiments.
- Maintain laboratory records and assist in general laboratory management.
- Support ongoing research projects and contribute to experimental design and data interpretation.
- Carry out ad-hoc research tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Biological Science, or related disciplines.
- Possess hands-on experience in tissue culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in nucleic acid extraction, PCR, cloning, and sequencing workflows.
- Have experience handling clinical samples.
- Show strong responsibility, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bioinformatics analysis experience is advantageous.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
