Research Assistant (Data Scientist) (Full Time)

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop urban-scale digital twin models integrating IoT, GIS, and other technologies.
Test, validate, and update digital twin systems based on real-time data feedback.
Identify data gaps and maintain comprehensive documentation of all data processes and software applications.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and digital twin functionalities.
Present project updates to various stakeholders.

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Urban Planning, Real Estate & Construction, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
Demonstrated experience developing digital twins or simulations in urban contexts.
Proven track record working with large datasets and complex modeling.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and SQL databases.
Experience with GIS software, CAD tools, and simulation software.
Understanding of IoT platforms and machine learning frameworks.
Skills in data visualization tools and cloud services.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.

Full-time contract — 9 months starting May 2026, subject to renewal based on project requirements and performance.
