Research Assistant (External Fund)

Duties & Responsibilities

Support participant screening, recruitment, and informed consent processes.
Administer questionnaires and coordinate study assessments.
Assist with study coordination and project administration for AI-supported mental health research.
Manage and quality-check research data including digital and conversational platforms.
Prepare progress reports, manuscripts, and research documents.
Perform additional research and logistical support as assigned.
Occasional irregular hours or weekend work may be required.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Health Informatics, Psychology, Nursing, or related discipline.
At least two years' full-time experience developing or supporting AI applications, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/LLM tools and cloud AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
Strong interest in applying AI to mental health or healthcare.
Experience in conversational agents, prompt engineering, or usability testing for digital health platforms is advantageous.

Contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
