Duties & Responsibilities

Cultivate, maintain, and characterise brain organoids derived from stem cells under optimal conditions.
Assist in conducting in vivo experiments using mouse models, including handling, behavioral testing, and tissue collection.
Perform immunohistochemistry, fluorescence microscopy, and DNA methylation sequencing to analyse neural tissues.
Record experimental data, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Assist in maintaining lab equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring safety and ethical compliance.
Collaborate with principal investigators and team members on experimental design, data interpretation, and publication preparation.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Neuroscience, Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
Prior experience in a wet lab setting, preferably with cell culture or animal models.
Familiarity with neuroscience research techniques such as brain organoid culture or molecular biology methods.
Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques including pipetting, microscopy, and PCR.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or GraphPad Prism is preferred.
