Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead technical development, implementation, and maintenance of project systems and solutions in collaboration with vendors and IT teams.
- Conduct system testing, create test plans, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance of digital tools.
- Manage and update project resources using content management systems while ensuring accessibility and technical standards compliance.
- Lead integration and deployment of innovative technologies including AI-powered tools to support project objectives.
- Provide IT support for project events including setup and management of systems for virtual and in-person workshops and competitions.
- Use web analytics tools to monitor system performance, track user engagement, and recommend improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in edtech, IT, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience with system testing including creation and implementation of test plans.
- High proficiency with CMS administration (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with basic UX/UI awareness.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, e-learning platforms, vendor management, technical troubleshooting, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Full-time, 1 year (with possibility of extension)
