Duties & Responsibilities

Support collaborative projects developing knowledge-based chatbots for assessment design and learning purposes.
Test chatbots during development, identify issues, and provide feedback for refinement.
Develop case study components and curate resources and materials for chatbot development.
Document best practice guidelines on fairness, validity, and data privacy.
Design, disseminate, and analyze user surveys.
Coordinate workshops, seminars, and professional development events.
Handle project documentation, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Programming experience (such as Python) is advantageous.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Full-time contract — 12 months with possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
