Duties & Responsibilities
- Support multidisciplinary research projects evaluating community sports programmes.
- Manage project administration including training coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Conduct research activities such as participant recruitment, fitness assessments, surveys, and interviews.
- Process and analyse data, and prepare progress reports and funding claims.
- Work weekday evenings or weekends as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Event Management, Health Psychology, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
- Previous research experience in data collection, literature review, or data analysis is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and organised with ability to work independently and in teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese.
