Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research projects and international conferences.
- Search and review literature for research purposes.
- Analyze survey and interview data.
- Write research reports.
- Manage administrative work and supervise part-time student helpers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education Technology, STEM education, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Master's degree is advantageous.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, Mplus) is preferable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese required.
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn unfamiliar tasks.
- Knowledge of STEM education in school contexts is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — 12-month contract with possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
