Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide research and administrative support to advance research activity in early childhood education.
- Support school curriculum development and deliver on-site professional development.
- Manage research project databases and coordinate existing funded projects.
- Assist with ethical applications, data analysis, and statistical reporting.
- Provide on-site support to schools for project implementation and coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education.
- Post-qualification full-time working experience preferred.
- STEM-related experience is advantageous.
- Highly responsible and intrinsically motivated with independent research capability.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
