Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with systematic/scoping literature reviews on AI and educational leadership.
Coordinate Delphi study with expert panels and conduct semi-structured interviews with teacher leaders.
Manage and analyze qualitative and quantitative data through transcription, thematic analysis, and statistical modeling.
Support quantitative survey data collection and administrative project tasks.
Assist in preparing research manuscripts, reports, and publications.

Hold a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred in education, educational leadership, or related social sciences.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Show responsibility, independence, and ability to collaborate with flexibility for extended work hours.
Preferred experience with mixed-methods research, systematic reviews, Delphi method, or AI in education.
Desirable familiarity with NVivo, SPSS, Amos, or Mplus software.
