Duties & Responsibilities
- Review undergraduate teaching in sociology and develop teaching and learning materials on primary humanities.
- Work on a teaching research project on learning sociology at the undergraduate level under supervision of Professor Stephen Chiu and Dr. Benjamin Li.
- Conduct onsite fieldwork in Hong Kong as part of the research.
- Occasionally perform duties in non-regular hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology or related social science/humanities disciplines.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is essential due to the nature of fieldwork and research.
- Ability to work independently.
- Teaching experience in social sciences or humanities is preferred.
- Academic writing ability and experience is advantageous.
