Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide research and technical support for various projects, learning, and teaching activities.
- Build relationships with students and provide timely support for their well-being.
- Organize student activities and assist in implementing student support projects including mental health and career development.
- Coordinate student visits and outbound learning activities in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and overseas.
- Work with programme teams to strengthen student support service integration.
- Prepare plans and reports on the impact and effectiveness of student support initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Low-Altitude Economy or related discipline preferred.
- Experience organizing student activities and providing teaching support highly desirable.
- Strong written command of English and Chinese.
- Fluent spoken English and Putonghua required.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and organization skills.
- Experience in tertiary institution learning and teaching support is advantageous.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time — 2-year contract with possibility of renewal.
