Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the research team on a project examining postdoctoral researchers in Hong Kong, South Korea, and UK higher education.
- Perform research activities both independently and collaboratively under Dr Soyoung Lee's supervision.
- Recruit research participants, conduct interviews with academics or students, and manage qualitative data.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum; master's degree in education or related field preferred.
- Solid knowledge and experience of higher education structures in Hong Kong.
- Research experience in participant recruitment, academic interviews, and qualitative data management highly desirable.
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
- Strong communication skills and immediate availability preferred.
