Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and field sampling related to eDNA surveillance and antibiotic-resistant genes.
- Extract DNA/RNA, perform PCR analysis, sequencing, and bioinformatics data analysis.
- Develop prototypes and draft research reports, papers, and proposals for submission.
- Perform general administrative duties and other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or above in Science preferred.
- Post-qualification research experience in PCR analysis, bioinformatics, and advanced biotechnology.
- First-authored SCI research publications and knowledge of nucleic acid-related bioinformatics preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently, excellent teamwork skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Appointment
- Contract — approximately 9 months with possibility of renewal
