Duties & Responsibilities

Develop innovative visuals and creative content for social media platforms and physical campaigns.
Create animations, videos, leaflets, and website materials for publicity purposes.
Coordinate with vendors and monitor quality of print and digital materials.
Assist in organizing research conferences and seminars.
Collect data and event figures for reporting purposes.
Prepare marketing research and post-event reports.
Provide administrative support as assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative Media, Visual Art, or related discipline.
Proficiency in Chinese and English languages.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Canva, and Wix.
Strong creativity and design capabilities.
Ability to work proactively, innovatively, and under pressure.
Relevant post-qualification working experience in tertiary institutions preferred.
Prior graphic design or print production experience advantageous.
