Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative research including literature reviews, interviews, and focus groups.
Recruit participants and collect data using thematic analysis methods.
Prepare research reports, conference presentations, and other research outputs.
Liaise with community partners and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
Maintain project records and perform other assigned research duties.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in social sciences, business, public policy, or related discipline.
Demonstrated skills in qualitative research methods such as interviewing, coding, and thematic analysis.
Experience in or strong interest in social entrepreneurship and social innovation.
Fluency in spoken Cantonese and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse partners.
Good project-management, organisational, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
Preference for prior research or project experience in social entrepreneurship or community development.
